Pre-order Policy

The Merotec Official Online Store offers a pre-order service for products that are currently out of stock or scheduled for upcoming release. The following terms and conditions apply:

1. Payment

  • Full Advance Payment: All pre-orders require full payment at the time of purchase.

  • Pricing: You will be charged the product price (including consumption tax) displayed at the time of the order via your selected payment method.

  • Payment Timing:

    • Credit/Debit Cards: Immediate settlement upon order confirmation.

    • Electronic Payment Services: Immediate settlement upon order confirmation.

    • Bank Transfer: Payment must be completed within 7 days of placing the order.

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Dispatch: Products are typically shipped within 2–3 business days after stock is secured.

  • Estimated Dates: The estimated shipping date is provided on the product page or in your order confirmation email.

  • Delays: Shipping dates may be delayed due to manufacturing or supply chain conditions.

  • Notification: In the event of a delay, we will notify you via the email address provided during the order or via phone (+81-3-6824-7308).

3. Cancellations

  • No Cancellations: In principle, pre-orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed.

  • Due to the nature of pre-ordered items and the special preparation required, please carefully verify the product details, price, and estimated shipping timing before finalizing your purchase.

  • Note: Returns after the product has arrived are possible in accordance with our Return Policy (subject to conditions).

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns for Customer Convenience: Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returns for Company Error (Incorrect/Defective Items): The Company will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund.

  • Defective Items: Please contact us at contact@merotec.me within 7 days of receipt, including photographs of the issue.

  • Refund Method: After we confirm the return of the product, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) within 7–14 business days.
